Max Vergara Poeti-Marentini (JD, L.LM) is since 2017 Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IGLI S.p.A., Chairman of Mercure International S.A. and Chairman of BInvest S.à.r.l.
Mr. Vergara Poeti-Marentini is Chairman and CEO of BioAgro Brands International, which controls Compañía Sudamericana de Tierras (Sudtierras) and Chairman of Agricultural Vergara Holdings Pty Ltd, an Australian company that manages a sustainable beef cattle operation across Australia.
He is also Board Member for the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Fund and Vice Chairman of TheYouthFirst Foundation.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. Cerutti (Masters, L.LM, Ph.D) is currently General Counsel at Credit Suisse Group AG.
He is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Vifor Pharma AG and Trustee of the University of Fribourg.
He also sits as Chairman of the Swiss Finance Institute (SFI), Board Member of the Zürich Chamber of Commerce and Member of the American-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.

Marietta Poeti-Marentini has a degree in Psychology and holds and MSc in family and child therapy. She is widow of the founder of IGLI.
She is Chairman and President of TheYouthFirst Foundation.
Since 2018 she is member of the Board of Trustees of the Poeti-Marentini Foundation. She sits on the Boards of Fondation Louis Vuitton and Teatro Regio di Torino.
Mrs. Poeti-Marentini also sits in the Board of Trustees of Museo Soumaya in Mexico City.
She sits on the Boards of Financiere de Participations Internationales (Luxembourg) and Etablissement Financiere de Participations Industriels (Kingdom of the Netherlands). She is also Vice-Chairman of Mercure International and of BInvest (Benchmark Investment Luxembourg).
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Captain Gianluigi Aponte is the Founder and Group Chairman of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A.
He graduated from the Italian Maritime Academy and was a banker before he founded MSC more than 45 years ago.
He is Chairman at all MSC subsidiaries and also sits as Board Director in Mercure MSC Holding, a IGLI subsidiary partnership.

Catherine Wood is the Founder, CEO and CIO of ARK Investment Management LLC, the largest actively-managed traded fund in 2019-20.
Mrs. Woods holds a summa cum laude degree in finance and economics.
With a long career in hedge funds, Catherine Wood has specialized ARK in ETF investments. Her fund is currently the largest stockholder of Tesla Motors.
Mrs. Wood also serves as Board Director in Financiere de Participations Internationales, IGLI’s parent holding.
